Time Out For Women St. George

So I went down to St. George with my mother-in-law and sister-in-laws for the Time Out for Women weekend. It was amazing and I am so grateful that I went. The speakers that they had were amazing.... My favorite were Mariama Kallon, Heidi Swinton and Brad Wilcox, I also loved Hillary Weeks musical messages. I laughed, I cried and I felt the spirit so strong, such amazing messages.

Mount Mahogany Halloween Parade 2011

On Halloween Mount Mahogany had a costume parade for all of the kids where they went throw the halls and into each class room showing off their costumes. Parents got to come and watch in the halls. Hadley was Princess Tiana from princess from and the Frog and Landon was a pirate.

Halloween 2011

So for Halloween this year Hadley chose to be Princess Tiana from the Princess and the Frog Movie and I must say that she makes a very cute princess. We went and did the trunk or treating with our ward and 2 other wards so it was nice because there were a lot of cars for the kids to go to. We decorated James and Chey's Pathfinder like a big mouth. We had black curtains draped down so they had to walk inside of the mouth and it had vampire fangs hanging down with a red tongue inside. The candy was sitting on the tongue and when the kids came up to grab a piece Mark was hiding behind the black curtain and would puff air at them from his compressor. It scared quite a few kids and was pretty funny to watch. Once we were done with the trunk or treating we went over to Mark's parents house and knocked on a few doors around their neighborhood and then finished off the night with a rootbeer float. It was a good Halloween!
